In our last session we covered problems… specifically what problem does your agency solve?
We worked through several examples and points to consider in figuring out what problem you want to position your agency to solve.
Once you have that you need to turn it into an offer…
An offer isn’t the nuts and bolts of what you do… it is more of a boiled down elevator pitch for what your business can do for it’s prospects.
You need to be able to quickly tell people in a way that your grandmother can understand, what you can do for them so that they understand it and are willing to give you money to do it.
I’m not talking about “We help ____ get more _____ with ____” though that is one approach.
We are talking about a solid explanation that is easy to understand, and makes people ready to pull out their credit card.
This is vitally important, and almost everyone gets it wrong or skips over it entirely.
